Design Challenge:
Repetitive UP-DOWN motion of the film carriage for every pallet wrapped is very demanding on the carriage guide system, lifting system, and power cables for any pallet wrapping machine.
PHP-2300 Tower System
    Simple and safe in its design approach.
    Phoenix has created a sturdy tower for carriage travel incorporating a structural steel element attached to the machine base with solid reinforced plating. Safe for the machine working elements as they are enclosed in a surrounding steel tower body.

  • Durable, long lasting anti-friction UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight ) carriage guide allows for smooth lifting operation of the film carriage with no maintenance required.
  • Flat conductor cable designed for constant flexing is used for the carriage power feed.
  • Lifting operation with Heavy Duty Roller Chain System.
  • Adjustable upper and lower limit switch travel blocks.
  • Flat electric cable designing for repeated flexibility.
  • Easy access tower opening for maintenance with critical components all mounted internally.
