Semi automatic and Automatic stretch wrapper Warranty

• Phoenix PLP/PHP Semi-Automatic Series Stretch Wrappers
  Phoenix Innotech Inc. Standard PHP and PLP model machines are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of Five (5) Years from the date of shipment on parts.
• Phoenix Automatic Stretch Wrappers
  Phoenix Innotech Inc. Automatic machines are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of shipment on parts.

All machines are warranted Lifetime warranty on the compound coated Pre-Stretch rollers (excludes shipping and labour), if installed, maintained and used in accordance with factory specifications.

Phoenix Innotech Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace any defective parts returned freight prepaid, subject to factory inspection and right to determine cause of failure. Damages caused by incorrect supply voltage, normal wear, misuse or neglect, are not covered by this warranty. (Damage in transport is the responsibility of the carrier and is not covered under our warranty).

EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, PHOENIX INNOTECH INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, NEITHER DOES IT ASSUME NOR AUTHORIZE ANYONE ELSE TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANY OTHER OBLIGATION RELATING TO PHOENIX INNOTECH INC. OR EQUIPMENT. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO EQUIPMENT WHICH, IN THE JUDGMENT OF PHOENIX INNOTECH INC., HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO MISUSE, NEGLECT OR HAS BEEN REPAIRED OR ALTERED BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. DEFECTIVE PARTS MUST BE RETURNED TO PHOENIX INNOTECH INC. WITHIN THIRTY, (30), DAYS OF SHIPMENT OF A REPLACEMENT AND MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID IN THEIR ORIGINAL STATE. DEFECTIVE PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN DISASSEMBLED, DAMAGED DURING REMOVAL OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH, WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING BY PHOENIX INNOTECH INC., PHOENIX INNOTECH INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO FITNESS OF EQUIPMENT FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES. THE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO SERVICING OR REPLACEMENT ONLY AND SHALL NOT COVER ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE LOSS OF PROFIT, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER SIMILAR CLAIMS. SOME STATES/COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
