HERE'S HOW WE DESIGN AND BUILD OUR PRE-STRETCH FILM CARRIAGE TO STAND-OUT:
Our clear front door cover provides protection and unobstructed view.
Our dual stage door latch ensures door remains closed during operation.
Auto-height Photo-Eye mounted on manual adjustable slide for quick and effortless overwrap adjustments.
Door mounted contour rollers engage the pre-stretch rollers resulting in more film contact on the working rollers yelding better grip on the rollers.
Our film threading door monitoring safety switch detects if the door is open and cuts power to the entire carriage ensuring a truly safe film loading operation.
Durable roller chain pre-stretch drive that is straightforward and common.
