Forklift Loading/Unloading Station (Photo-Eye)
- A safety photoeye mounted under the conveyor detects when the forklift breaks the photoeye beam as it approaches the zone.
- The conveyor is not able to run until the forklift has left the station. This allows the pallet load to be placed or picked up without the conveyor automatically indexing. (Very important for side loading applications).

Phoenix Integral Top Sheet Dispenser For PRTA System
Water Tight Cycle:
- When top sheet application is selected the stretch wrapper starts a normal cycle and spirals wrapping the product to the top. After applying a top wrap, the wrapping cycle pauses as the top sheet dispenser applies a top sheet, cuts the top sheet to the required length, and then applies the sheet over the top of the load. The wrapper then continues its cycle by overwrapping the top sheet and locking it in place before spiraling down to complete the cycle. As the top sheet is applied over the top of the side layers any water will run off the top sheet and flow down the outside of the "shingled" side layers.

- This reinforces the film to the pallet, in the case of tab folding, holds the tabs to the load more securely than just a film web.
