Phoenix Integral Top Sheet Dispenser For PRTA System
Water Tight Cycle:
- When top sheet application is selected the stretch wrapper starts a normal cycle and spirals wrapping the product to the top. After applying a top wrap, the wrapping cycle pauses as the top sheet dispenser applies a top sheet, cuts the top sheet to the required length, and then applies the sheet over the top of the load. The wrapper then continues its cycle by overwrapping the top sheet and locking it in place before spiraling down to complete the cycle. As the top sheet is applied over the top of the side layers any water will run off the top sheet and flow down the outside of the "shingled" side layers.

- Manual controls for cradle jog up/down.

- A pneumatic cylinder with a roping assembly is mounted on the film carriage.
During the cycle, a solenoid valve activates the roping mechanism allowing the film to be gathered, forming a rope at the bottom of the carriage frame.
- This reinforces the film to the pallet, in the case of tab folding, holds the tabs to the load more securely than just a film web.
- Includes roping on/off control on the panel.
