Stabilizes unstable loads for wrapping. Once the load is placed on the wrapper table, the top platen is lowered down onto the top of the product to be wrapped. This foam covered platen ensures that the load will not tip or move during the wrapping cycle. With the load fully secured, the wrapping cycle can commence. Once wrapped the top platen is raised to allow for pallet removal.

Single "Rope Down" Pneumatic Roping |

A pneumatic cylinder with a roping assembly is mounted on the film carriage. During the cycle, a solenoid valve activates the roping mechanism allowing the film to be gathered, forming a rope at the bottom of the carriage frame.
This reinforces the film to the pallet, in the case of tab folding, holds the tabs to the load more securely than just a film web. ** If spiral wrap roping of the load is required over the height of the load, additional charges will apply for added features.
Includes roping on/off control on the panel. |
