Repetitive UP-DOWN motion of the film carriage for every pallet wrapped is very demanding on the carriage guide system, lifting system, and power cables for any pallet wrapping machine.

Durable, long lasting anti-friction UHMWP (Ultra High Molecular Weight Plastic) slider guide bearings allows for smooth lifting operation of the film carriage with no maintenance required.
Flat conductor cable designed for constant flexing is used for the carriage power feed.
Robust and durable belt harness lift drive provides safe ascent and descent operation of the film carriage and adjusts automatically.
Easy access open design for maintenance with critical components all mounted at lower levels.
