Forklift Bumper Guard To Protect Conveyor From Damage
- A stand alone floor mounted guard assembly is anchored to the floor in front of the conveyor to prevent forklifts from hitting the side of the conveyor when loading or unloading pallets.

Electric Top Platen for Variable Load Height - PCTA Machines
Stabilizes unstable loads for wrapping. The top platen is automatically lowered down onto the top of the product to be wrapped once it stopped its transition into the wrap zone. The platens foam covered pad ensures that the load will not tip or move during the wrapping cycle. With the load fully secured, the wrapping cycle can commence. Once wrapped, the top platen is raised to allow for pallet to transition out of the wrapping area.

Phoenix Integral Top Sheet Dispenser System for PCTA System
Water Tight Cycle:
- When top sheet application is selected the stretch wrapper starts a normal cycle and spirals wrapping the product to the top. After applying a top wrap, the wrapping cycle pauses as the top sheet dispenser applies a top sheet, cuts the top sheet to the required length, and then applies the sheet over the top of the load. The wrapper then continues its cycle by overwrapping the top sheet and locking it in place before spiraling down to complete the cycle. As the top sheet is applied over the top of the side layers any water will run off the top sheet and flow down the outside of the "shingled" side layers.
