Phoenix has created a sturdy tower for carriage travel incorporating a structural steel element attached to the machine base with solid reinforced plating. Safe for the machine working elements as they are enclosed in a surrounding steel tower body.
Durable, long lasting anti-friction UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight ) carriage guide allows for smooth lifting operation of the film carriage with no maintenance required.
Flat conductor cable designed for constant flexing is used for the carriage power feed.
