The pneumatic controlled cut & wipe system automatically cuts the film and applies the film tail to the load. A tension relief roller eliminates the tension on the cut wire ensuring a longer heat-wire life. A timed impulse heat system, cold to the touch in seconds offers a safe cutting system.
Pallet debris, operator skills, pallet location are all eliminated as variables thus guaranteeing proper automatic operation.
Impulse cut wire is only on when cutting. This compares with competitive film cutters that are always on, creating potential for accidental burns to operators who get too close.
