Pack Expo 2008: A great success for Phoenix

Phoenix/CAPS enjoyed a great show at this year’s PACK EXPO in Chicago with two new machine models introduced and a number of machine upgrades announced. The PHOENIX PCTA-2000 rotary turntable automatic was introduced at the PMMI show. This automatic wrapper provides true automatic tail treatment at an entry level price.

The pallet is loaded directly on the turntable and the program is actuated with a pull cord. Once wrapped, the cutting and stretchfilm wipe-down is performed and the load is discharged onto the gravity exit conveyor by the powered conveyor on the turntable.
