Load Diagonal is the measurement of a pallet or product load across the diagonally opposite corners. This dimension is critical in determining the overall size of a stretch wrapper. The difference in this dimension from the largest load to be wrapped and the smallest, can also effect how the machine needs to be designed. The equation for determining a load diagonal of any pallet is the square root of (L2 + W2).
Are you throwing more than 50% of your stretch film out the window without even knowing it?
More than 75% of stretch wrap equipment we have tested is performing below acceptable levels, resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in wasted stretch film.
It only take 60 seconds to check the efficency of your machine. Try our Quick Check Prestretch Test!
